Registers of baptism, births, marriages, burials and deaths taking place in non Church of England churches and chapels.
These churches and chapels include: Methodist, Congregational, United Reformed, Independent, Society of Friends (also known as Quakers), Baptist, Unitarian and a number of other denominations. The dates of the registers vary according to the chapel. Quaker records can date from the 17th century, whilst most other registers date from the 19th century. Many of the registers run through to the 21st century.

Many of the pre-1925 registers are only available on microfiche. Post 1925 registers are usually original volumes.
