Our sheltered housing schemes

Sheltered housing provides convenient and comfortable accommodation with added security, where residents have their own front door and can come and go as they please.

What we offer

We offer the following accommodation:

They include communal facilities such as laundry, kitchen, lounge for social activities, gardens, security and safety features, and 24 hour emergency response through City Wide Alarms.

Community activities

Being involved in communal activities can contribute to healthy ageing. You can participate as much or as little as you choose. You have guaranteed privacy but plenty of people nearby and a range of social activities, such as coach trips or theatre visits.

In most schemes, there is a communal lounge where coffee mornings and activities like keep fit, craft sessions, luncheon clubs and bingo can be organised.
