What Early Help services do with your information
The information you give us will help us to provide sevices for you and your family, to know what your needs are and to organise a support team for you.
When our teams or other family workers work with your family:
- we'll listen to what you and your family need support with and what you want to change
- we'll create a plan with you to achieve your goals
Our workers can help you with challenges around:
- attendance at school
- parenting
- issues with behaviour at school or at home
- budgeting, employment and skills
- healthy lifestyles and more
Family Hubs
Our Family Hubs also keep information when you register with them. This helps us provide services and to keep you up to date with services and activities available to your family.
Who we share this information with
We will talk to other agencies, with your permission, so that we can all work together. We'll only share information we think is important to providing our service so you'll get the right support at the right time.
