Children's residential service

We provide high quality care for looked after children and young people. This is based in local communities providing opportunities to improve quality of life, life chances and achieve positive outcomes. We also provide short respite services for children with disabilities in Sheffield.

We care for children and young people in our directly managed children's homes. Our short break homes for children with disabilities each have the capacity to care for up to 6 young people each day. This care is tailored to the individual needs of each child, supporting families and their carers.

We work to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people by working in collaboration with parents, carers, corporate parents, partnership agencies including Activity Sheffield, Education, Health, CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services), Youth Justice Service, Police and Ofsted.
