Gritting
The gritting teams conducted regular runs across Wednesday (7th February) and Thursday (8th February) across rhe region's road networks and priority routes.
This continued overnight into today (Friday 9th February), particularly on those routes affected by the heavy traffic yesterday afternoon which had made gritting difficult.
