We have a number of community buildings in our parks that are available for hire.
Small community and sports pavilions
These pavilions can be used by small community groups for regular meetings. The buildings may be suitable for:
- tenants and residents' groups
- friends' groups
- parent and toddler groups
- church groups
- youth groups
Community buildings
We also have a number of purpose-built community buildings that are available to hire for:
- conferences
- meetings
- education classes
- larger community events and activities
You can book any of our community rooms at:
- Dorothy Fox Centre (Sheffield Botanical Gardens)
- Centre in the Park (Norfolk Heritage Park)
- Firth Park Clock Tower

What you need to make a booking
To make your booking you will need:
- public liability insurance (£5m minimum or £10m dependent on booking for example if it includes children)
- DBS check (if your booking involves children)
- employee liability insurance (where applicable)
What you need to deliver activities
Important requirements for delivering activities:
- activity risk assessment
- first aid certificate (where applicable)
- proof of relevant qualifications/certificates (where applicable)
