<p>We are recruiting Drivers to be part of a friendly team who provide an excellent standard of service to support children with special needs.</p>
<p><b>The role is</b></p>
<ul>
<li>To drive a range of designated vehicle to transport children with special needs from home to school in the morning and return in the afternoon.</li>
<li>Have a D1 Category driving licence giving the ability to drive vehicles carrying up to 16 passengers or possess a PSV Licence.</li>
<li>Working closely with individuals, their parents and carers, show patience and understanding and be able to communicate with people from all backgrounds.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>In return you will</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Benefit from excellent terms and conditions of service.</li>
<li>Be trained to the Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme (MIDAS) Standards.</li>
<li>Work a minimum of 20 hours per week working split shifts am and pm for 38 weeks per year (term time only).</li>
<li>Salary is pro-rata to the full time salary of £19,650 to £20,043</li>
<li>Actual pay is £8850.84 per annum paid at £737.57 per calendar month with any extra hours worked paid at £10.18 per hour</li>
