Following cabinet approval in October 2020, we are undertaking a Street Tree Archiving project.
This is to enable those who are interested in documents and files relating to street trees to view all related content generated and held by us from 2013 to 2018.
In preparing material for publication we need to be mindful of the UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018), the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
The Project Management Board have approved the protocols for how the project will be managed, how documents will be brought into the archive, and how they will be processed and published; along with a strategy to engage with interested parties.
