You can check your rent balance online.
You will need:
- your 14 digit rent reference
- the surname registered on the rent account
Once you have signed up for the service you can register for rent balance text alerts. Your balance will be sent to you by text every week or when you are in arrears.
You can also check your balance any time by Texting RENT to 07860 064 026 at any time.
Rent statements
If you are a council housing tenant you can get a full statement online - you need to have registered for this service before you can use it.
To use our online statement service you will need your username and password.
