PRS is a small dedicated and friendly team within Sheffield City Council who work with decent landlords to let their properties.
We help hundreds of people to find quality private sector housing and have an excellent track record in establishing tenancies that last for many years to the satisfaction of both landlords and tenants. We are looking for new properties as we have clients ready to move now - currently there is demand for family housing 2 bed+, homes suitable for sharers and 1 bed properties.

We are currently looking for self-contained one bedroom accommodation across Sheffield to re-house ex-offenders. We offer extra incentives such as enhanced rents and a generous insurance scheme to landlords who have suitable properties available and who would like to help some of those most in need of housing.
