How to read your statement

Your rent statement will give you more details about the payments and adjustments made to your account.

You will usually receive your statements once a year, but you can ask us to send them to you every 13 weeks if you prefer. We may also do this anyway if you are in arrears.

Your rent statement will include the following information:

Weekly starting

This date is a Monday - this is when your rent is due.

Weekly rent

Amount of weekly rent debited to your account. Figures with no initials after the amount are debts. Figures followed by CR are credits.

Rent account adjustments

Any adjustments to your account will show in this column, giving relevant information. These can be credits or debits, depending on the adjustment type.

Amount paid

Any payments within this period will in the 'amount paid' column, followed by 'CR = credit to account'. We will also record how the payment was made.

Balance

This column shows the balance at the end of each period, taking off any credits or debts.

  • ARR means account in arrears
  • CR means account in credit
