- your 14-digit rent reference
- the surname registered on the account

You can also check your balance any time by texting RENT to 07860 064 026.
Register for text alerts
Once you have signed up for the service you can register for rent balance text alerts. Your balance will be sent to you by text every week, or when you are in arrears.
To register for text alerts, you will need:
- your rent reference number
- the mobile phone you would like your alerts to be sent to
