Application refunds
It costs time and resources to process any application.
If you decide to withdraw your application at any stage, or your application is refused, a partial refund may be considered.
To request a partial refund, please email taxilicensing@sheffield.gov.uk advising that you wish to withdraw your application or would like a refund. When you do this, you will need to include the last 4 digits of the card you paid from and your receipt. We will then review your request.
