Sheffield and Khmelnytskyi have been twinned since December 2022 and are coming together to celebrate Eurovision, in a show of solidarity as the United Kingdom hosts the Eurovision Song Contest on behalf of last year’s winners, Ukraine.
Leaders from the creative and cultural sectors, local government and funders from across the UK will meet in Sheffield for a major policymaking summit.
